New Delhi, 13 July(NNS): The crop of coconut has been constantly arriving in Orissa, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, along with the South and parts of the country, due to which, the market showed heavy downtrend. Apart from this, huge amount of old stock of copra have already been sold out in the markets and the wedding consumption also seems high. In these circumstances, there is no possibility of downtrend at the current level. The prices of copra reduced to Rs.135 per kilogram. Presently, copra of Rs.3600 per quintal will likely to be profitable during the coming days.
