New Delhi, 31 July: During the previous week, here, the prices of big cardamom dropped down by Rs.40/50 to Rs.9 60 /970 per kilogram because of the profit taking selling. The reality is that the crop seems weak in both Bhutan and Nepal, but now, the traders are doing profit-taking selling after the heavy uptrend in the prices during the previous days and some illegal stocks have also been unloading in the markets which is being sold at the lower level by the traders, due to this reason, the market showed downfall despite the lack of stock. It is profitable to trade at the current prices because the upcoming stock does not seems favourable and there is still two months left in the arrival of the new crop in the markets.
