New Delhi, 04 September (NNS): Here, the prices of red Chilli 334 no. remained firm at Rs.26500 per quintal due to the weak buying at the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs.500 per quintal. There are about 50,000/55,000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive in Guntur after the uptrend during the previous days and its prices remained stable at the level of the previous day. The market sentiments may change because of the crop of Madhya Pradesh. The spot red chilli prices may likely to remain strong during the coming days.
