Red Chilli: likely to remain sluggish

New Delhi, 11 September (NNS): Here, the prices of red Chilli 334 no. remained firm at Rs 26500 per quintal due to the sluggish buying from the stockists at the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 500 per quintal. There are about 50000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive in Guntur and its prices remained stable at the level of the previous day. The market sentiments may affect on seeing the upcoming crop of MP. The spot red chilli prices may likely to remain sluggish during the coming days.
