New Delhi, 01 November (NNS): The prices of cumin slipped by Rs 55/60 per kilogram during the last 10 days, due to this reason, the prices have not showed more downtrend. In contrary to this, its prices improved by Rs 3/4 per kg because of the constant buying at the lower level by the speculators in the contract market. The reality is that there is still 3 to 4 months left in the arrival of the new crop but the speculators have reduced the prices for the delivery of the stock. Therefore, it is expected that the market may improve by Rs 10 per kilogram. Here, in spot, it is ruling at Rs 500/515 per kilogram and its prices may increase by Rs 10 during the near future.
