New Delhi, 17 November (NNS): Presently, the stockists have been purchasing the stock constantly during the previous days. Due to this reason, here, cumin prices fell down by Rs 1000 to Rs 44000 per quintal. During the previous day, the prices have declined by Rs 1000/1500 per quintal. There is a diwali vacations in Unjha. Before this, around 3000/4000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices rose by Rs 50 per 20 kg. The active contract improved by Rs 10 or 0.02 percent to Rs 42600 per quintal. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain high during the coming one or two days.
