New Delhi, 21 December (NNS): The arrivals of the stock of producers reported to be weak in the markets of South India, due to which, its prices have been ruling at higher level in the markets of North India. Apart from this, there, the supply of black pepper seems feeble in the other countries and the prices of Indian black pepper showed heavy downtrend, due to which, the export opportunities will be available from here. As a result, the prices have been ruling at higher level in North India from Kochin. Here, the demand has also been started increasing at the lower level. On the other hand, the market has been ruling at the strong level in the Kochin. Today, here, the prices of inferior quality stock have been ruling at higher level from Kochin, whereas, here, it is being quoted at Rs 645 per kg. Apart from this, the best quality stock also being available at Rs 690 per kg.
