New Delhi, 27 December (NNS): The arrivals of coriander went down to 3000 bags in the Ramganj mandi of Rajasthan. Its prices declined by Rs 100per quintal due to the weak buying after the sluggish arrivals than the normal level. Here also, coriander badami prices reduced by Rs 100 to Rs 8500 per quintal owing to the weak buying from the stockists. Before this, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. The active contract went down by Rs 74 or Rs 1.02 percent to Rs 7210 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. The market sentiments may change because of the weak sowing of new crop than the normal level. In this situation, there is no possibility of uptrend in the spot coriander prices during the coming days.
