New Delhi, 02 February (NNS): The prices of cumin dropped down by Rs 200 to Rs 29300 per quintal because of the weak sale even after the sluggish prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 3000 bags of cumin including 100 bags reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices gone up by Rs 50/100 per 20 kg. The active contract slipped by Rs 270 or 0.99 percent to Rs 27025 per quintal due to the sluggish speculative buying. There is no fear of decrement in the prices during the coming days.
