
New Delhi, 20 February (NNS): The new crop of black pepper have been started arriving in kochi before a month ago. The new stock has also been started arriving in the rural areas of Kochi, but it has not been arrive in the big markets of Kochi yet, due to this reason, the arrivals reported to be negligible and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. As a result, here, black pepper markara held stable at Rs 625 per kg. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 10 per kg. The spot black pepper prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming days.
