New Delhi, 07 March (NNS):The arrivals of cumin reported to be increase to 47000/48000 bags in Unjha. Its prices gained by Rs 50 per 20 kg owing to the strong buying even after the higher arrivals than the normal level. Here, cumin prices went up by Rs 500 to Rs 27700 per quintal due to the increased buying. During the previous day, the prices have gone down by Rs 3000 per quintal. The active contract ascended by Rs 525 or 2 percent to Rs 26725 per quintal due to the increased speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the near future.
