New Delhi, 06 June (NNS): The prices of cumin rose by 300 to Rs 32300 per quintal due to the improved sale even after the higher prices. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 1000 per quintal. There were around 10000/12000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices reported to be increase by 50 per kg 20 kg. The active contract prices ascended by Rs 525 or 1.80 percent to Rs 29665 per quintal owing to the increased speculative buying. The market sentiments may affect because of the weak arrivals than the normal level. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.
