New Delhi, 04 July (NNS): The prices of cumin ascended by Rs 200 to Rs 32400 per quintal owing to the strong offtake even after the feeble prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. There were around 9000/10000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices held stable at the level of the previous day. The active contract prices ascended by Rs 420 or 1.45 percent to Rs 29350 per quintal owing to the strong speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the coming one or two days.
