New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): Here, cumin prices dropped down by Rs 500 to Rs 28500 per quintal owing to the weak offtake even after the feeble prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. There were around 6000/7000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract went down by Rs 80 or 0.30 percent to Rs 26470 per quintal owing to the nominal speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will not likely to increase during the coming one or two days.
