New Delhi, 12 March (NNS): There were around 45000/45000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha. The arrivals reported to be high as comparatively and the prices rose by Rs 40/50 per 20 kg. Here, cumin prices declined by Rs 200 to Rs 21500 per quintal because of the weak buying at the improved prices. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 100 per quintal. The active contract prices declined by Rs 300 or 1.40 percent to Rs 21080 per quintal because of the speculative buying. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices during the near future.
