New Delhi, 26 June (NNS): Here, the prices of cumin went down by Rs 200 to Rs 22000 per quintal owing to the weak offtake at the higher prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone up by Rs 300 per quintal. There were around 8000/9000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices rose by Rs 50 per 20 kg. The active contract prices rose by Rs 55 or 0.28 percent to Rs 19665 per quintal because of the limited speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain weak during the coming days.
