New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): The prices of cumin slipped by Rs 200 to Rs 20600 per quintal owing to the weak sale at the higher prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone up by Rs 500 per quintal. There were around 10000/12000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices reduced by Rs 20 per 20 kg in Unjha. The active contract prices dropped down by Rs 370 or 1.82 percent to Rs 19910 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. The market sentiments may affect due to the changes of weather in Gujarat. The spot cumin prices may fluctuates during the coming one or two days.
