New Delhi, 16 May (NNS): The prices of cumin declined by Rs 100 to Rs 24600 per quintal because of the weak sale even after the feeble prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone down by Rs 300 per quintal. There were around 16000/17000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices reduced by Rs 20/30 per 20 kg. The active contact prices went down by Rs 145 or 0.67 to Rs 21475 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the spot cumin prices during the coming days.
