New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): Here, the prices of cumin held firm at Rs 21500 per quintal owing to the sluggish sale even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have softened by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 5000/7000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices slipped by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg. The active contract prices rose by Rs 130 or 0.67 percent to Rs 19560 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The prices of cumin may show uptrend during the coming days.
