New Delhi, 23 July (NNS): The prices of cumin held stable at Rs 21700 per quintal because of the weak sale at the improved prices. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal. There were around 5000/7000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices slipped by Rs 80/120 per 20 kg. The active contract prices declined by Rs 135 or 0.70 percent to Rs 19150 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. The cumin prices may show nominal fluctuations during the coming one or two days.
