New Delhi, 01 August (NNS): The prices of cumin held stable at Rs 21200 per quintal because of the sluggish sale at the improved prices. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 5000/7000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices rose by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg. The active contract prices declined by Rs 80 or 0.42 percent to Rs 19070 per quintal because of the higher speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain in the limited area during the coming days.
