New Delhi, 14 August (NNS): The offtake of small cardamom reported to be weak even after the feeble prices, due to this reason, the prices of 7.5mm remained stable at Rs 2500 per kg. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. The arrivals of small cardamom ascended to 61805 kg in the Spices More Trading Company which held on 13th August. Its average auction price dropped down to Rs 3440.13 per kg because of the lack of buying even after the higher arrivals than the normal level. Before this, the prices were at Rs 2755.80 per kg in the last auction which held on 29th July. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the spot small cardamom prices during the near future.
