New Delhi, 13 March (NNS): There were around 42000/43000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha. The prices of this famous commodity reduced by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg owing to the weak support of buying and higher arrivals than the normal level. Here, the prices of cumin remained firm at Rs 23300 per quintal because of the sluggish buying from the stockists even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 300 per quintal. The active contract prices declined by Rs 85 or 0.39 percent to Rs 21975 per quintal because of the sluggish speculative buying.
