`New Delhi, 16 March (NNS): There were around 50000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha. The arrivals reported to be high, whereas, there, the prices of this famous commodity declined by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg owing t the weak buying even after the higher arrivals than the normal level. Here, the prices of cumin remained firm at Rs 23300 per quintal because of the sluggish buying even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. The active contract prices dropped down by Rs 225 or 1.03 percent to Rs 21655 per quintal because of the sluggish buying even after the feeble prices. The prices may show nominal downfall during the coming week.
