New Delhi, 17 March (NNS): There were around 50000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices does not seems favourable, due to this, the arrivals of cumin showed downfall in Unjha mandi. There, the prices of this famous commodity went down to 40000 bags and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous days. Here, the prices of cumin remained stable at Rs 23300 per quintal because of the sluggish buying. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. The active contract prices improved by Rs 80 or 0.37 percent to Rs 21620 per quintal owing to the limited speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain stable at the same level during the coming days.
