New Delhi, 19 March (NNS): The arrivals of black pepper reported to be negligible in the Kochi mandi of Kerela, after this, its prices held stable at the same level of the previous days because the trading activities reported to be sluggish. Here, the prices of black pepper markara remained stable at Rs 760 per kg because of the weak offtake. Recently, the prices have improved by Rs 5 per kg. The market sentiments may affect because of the limited selling from the farmers. The spot black pepper prices will likely to remain strong during the coming one or two days.
