New Delhi, 19 March (NNS): There were around 30000/35000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices jumped by Rs 150 per 20 kg in the markets owing the limited rainfall during the previous day. Here, the prices of this famous commodity remained stable at Rs 23500 per quintal because of the sluggish buying even after the uptrend in the prices. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal. The active contract prices declined by Rs 205 or 0.93 percent to Rs 21900 per quintal owing to the weak speculative buying.
