New Delhi, 23 March (NNS): the weather reported to be clear in Unjha, due to this reason, the arrivals of cumin jumped to 50000/55000 bags in the markets. It’s prices reduced by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg due to the weak arrivals as compared to the arrivals. Here, the prices of cumin remained firm at Rs 23200 per quintal due to the weak buying. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 300 per quintal. Before this, the active contract prices declined by Rs 495 or 2.25 percent to Rs 21650 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain weak during the coming days.
