New Delhi, 27 June (NNS): The prices of cumin gained by Rs 200 to Rs 22200 per quintal because of the improved offtake at the weak prices. Recently, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. There were around 8000/9000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices gained by Rs 50 per 20 kg in Unjha. The active contract prices went up by Rs 210 or 1.06 percent to Rs 20065 per quintal because of the increased speculative buying. The spot coriander prices will likely to remain strong during the near future.
