New Delhi, 02 September (NNS):  Here, the prices of cumin declined by Rs 100 to Rs 20600 per quintal owing to the weak sale even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. There were around 9000/10000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices declined by Rs 20/25 per 20 kg. The active contract prices softened by Rs 70 or 0.36 percent to Rs 19210 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain high during the coming days.
