New Delhi, 14 November (NNS): There were around 10000 bags of cumin reported to arrive
in unjha. Its wholesale prices reduced by Rs 20/30 per 20 kg due to the strong buying. Here,
the prices of cumin slipped remained stable at Rs 21600 per quintal owing to the sluggish
buying from the stockists at the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per
quintal. The active contract prices gained by Rs 105 or 0.52 percent to Rs 20265 per quintal
due to the strong speculative buying. The market sentiments gets support due to the limited
support of buying. There is no possibility of more improvement in the prices during the
coming days.
