New Delhi, 17 March (NNS): The prices of red chilli markara held firm at Rs 760 per kg owing to the sluggish offtake even after the improvement in the prices during the previous days. Recently, the prices have improved by Rs 5 per kg. Both the arrivals and the prices held stable at the same level in Kochi. The market sentiments may affect because of the weak availability than the normal level. The spot black pepper prices will likely to remain strong during the coming one or two days.
