New Delhi, 02 April (NNS): Today, the trading activities has been normal from today. There were around 35000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices declined by Rs 25/40 per 20 kg. Here, the prices of cumin went up by Rs 200 to Rs 23300 per quintal owing to the higher buying from the stockists. Recently, the prices have gone down in the same ratio. The active contract prices rose by Rs 265 or 1.20 percent to Rs 22330 per quintal because of the higher speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the near future.
