New Delhi, 09 April (NNS): The arrivals of cumin may increase in Unjha. There were around 50000/55000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices declined by Rs 75/120 per 20 kg. During the previous day, the arrivals reported to be around 30000/35000 bags. The prices of this famous commodity remained stable at Rs 24600 per quintal due to the limited buying at the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200/300 per quintal. The active contract prices dropped down by Rs 280 or 1.25 percent to Rs 22120 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot cumin prices may show downfall during the near future.
