New Delhi, 15 April (NNS): the prices of cumin showed soft trend after the increment in the prices, due to which, the prices of cumin softened by Rs 200 to Rs 23600/24000 per quintal. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal, but now the prices are showing temporary downfall. The demand of cumin reported to be strong because of the activeness from the stockists at the higher level,. Week of arrival and shortage of production. The production of cumin seems feeble because of the unfavourable weather conditions in Gujarat and Rajasthan.  it’s prices get support due to the higher export demand and ka shortage of previous stock. It is expected that the prices will likely to remains strong during the coming days.
