New Delhi, 28 April (NNS): Now, Kochi is experiencing intense heat. Here, the offtake of black pepper reported to be sluggish amid middle east ceasefire. As a result, here, the prices of black pepper markara remained stable at Rs 775 per kg. Before this, the prices have gone up by Rs 10 per kg. Both the arrivals and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day in Kochi. The market sentiments may affect due to the tensions in Iran. The spot black pepper prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming days.
