New Delhi, 23 June (NNS): Here, the prices of black pepper markara remained firm at Rs 770 per kg because of the weak offtake after the downfall in the prices during the previous days. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 10 per kg. Both the arrivals and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day in Kochi. The market sentiments may affect due to the arrivals of the stock from Sri Lanka. The spot black pepper prices will likely to remain sluggish during the coming one or two days.
