New Delhi, 14 July (NNS): Today, the offtake of small cardamom reported to be weak after the downfall in the prices during the previous days, as a result, the prices of small cardamom 7.5mm remained stable at Rs 2850 per kg. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 50 per kg. The arrivals of small cardamom went up to 16922 per kg in the Cardamom Groversforever Private Limited Auction. The arrivals of small cardamom reported to be high, whereas, the average auction price slipped to Rs 2553.77 per kg in due to the lack of buying and higher arrivals than the normal level even after the buying seems weak. Before this, the average auction price reported to be at Rs 2643.69 per kg in the last auction which held on 3rd July. The market sentiments may affect owing to the new crop. There is no possibility of increment in the prices during the coming days.
