New Delhi, 15July (NNS): the supply of coriander reported to be limited from the producing areas and the stockists are selling less amount of stock in the markets. Apart from this, there is a shortage of superior quality coriander in the markets. The prices of coriander have been ruling at the higher level in the spot markets because of the strong domestic and international demand. Here, the prices of coriander Badami held stable at Rs 16000/16300 per quintal. This year, the production of coriander reported to be sluggish, due to this, there is a shortage of stock in the markets. Due to the festival season and domestic demand, the enquiry of coriander seems constant in the spot markets. The enquiry of Indian coriander seems high from the international markets, due to this, the export gets support. On seeing the strong trend in the spot market, both the speculators and the traders have increased their deals. In the current season 2026, it’s stock reduced to 90/95 black bags. The trade of coriander will likely to be profitable during the coming days.
