New Delhi, 28 July (NNS): Today, the arrivals of small cardamom jumped to 38236 kg in the South Indian Green Cardamom Company Auction. The arrivals reported to be at the higher level, after this, the average auction price jumped to Rs 3191.18 per kg due to the strong buying from the stockists. Before this, its prices reported to be around 3064.74 per kg in July 18. Here, the prices of small cardamom 7.5mm remained stable at Rs 3050 per kg because of the sluggish trading activities amid monsoon season. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 100 per kg. The market sentiments may affect due to the nominal increment in the auction prices. There is no possibility of downfall in the spot small cardamom prices during the coming days.
