New Delhi, 6 August (NNS): there were around 13000/14000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha, even after the continuous rainfall. The arrivals reported to be at the higher level, whereas, the buying seems weak, due to this, there, its prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. Here, the prices of cumin remained steady at Ts 22800 per quintal. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. Active contract prices descended by Rs 40 or 0.19 percent to Rs 20970 per quintal due to the weak speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. There is no possibility of more increment in the prices during the coming days.
