New Delhi, 07 August (NNS): There were around 10000/12000 bags of cumin reported to arrive in Unjha after the increment in the prices. The arrivals seems weak and the buying also reported to be sluggish, due to this, the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. Here, the prices of cumin remained stable at Rs 22800 per quintal due to the weak buying. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. The active contract prices slipped by Rs 130 or 0.62 percent to Rs 20885 per quintal, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot cumin prices may not increase during the coming days.
