New Delhi, 20 August (NNS): There were around 40000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive IN Guntur due to the limited selling from the farmers. The arrivals reported to be weak and the buying seems limited, due to this, there, the prices of this famous commodity rose by Rs 500/1000 per quintal. Here, the price of red chilli 334 no. remained at Rs 24200 per quintal due to the sluggish buying. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 500 per quintal. The market sentiments may affect owing to the weak arrivals than then normal level. The spot red chilli prices will likely to remain stable at the same level during the coming one or two days.
