New Delhi, 01 September (NNS): There were around 9000/10000 bags of cumin were reported to arrive in Unjha. The arrivals reported to be at the lower level, after this, the buying support seems high, due to this, here, the prices declined by Rs 40/50 per 20 kg. Before this, the prices have gone down by Rs 20/25 per kg. Here, cumin prices fell down by Rs 100 to Rs 22800 per quintal because of the sluggish buying.. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 100 per quintal. The active contact prices softened by Rs 45 or 0.21 to Rs 21110 per quintal due to the weak speculative buying. There is a possibility of break on temporary downfall in the spot cumin prices during the near future.
