New Delhi, 15 September (NNS): The sale of cumin seems weak after the increment in the prices during the previous days, due to this reason, the prices of cumin remained stable at Rs 23200 per quintal. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 200 per quintal. This is the second day of holiday in Unjha. Before this, there were around 10000/11000 bags of cumin were reported to arrive in Unjha mandi and the prices remained unchanged in Unjha. The active contact prices went up by Rs 120 or 0.57 to Rs 21080 per quintal due to the increased speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot cumin will likely to remain weak during the near future.
