As a result, standard dry ginger remained unchanged at the previous level of ₹32,500 per quintal. It had recently gained ₹500. Reports of a delay in the start of the new crop in Kerala could influence market sentiment. A decline in spot dry ginger prices is unlikely over the next one to two days.
