New Delhi, 13 July(NNS): the enquiry of small cardamom has been started increasing at the lower level. On the other hand, the arrivals reported to be declined by 5/7 percent at the auction centres during the last two days, due to which, there is no possibility of downtrend in the prices. Presently, there is a lack of demand in the markets and the trade does not seems favourable in between the constant rainfall and heavy floods, despite all this, there is still long time left in the arrival of the new stock and the upcountry demand seems improved today at the lower level, on seeing this, the prices may not show more decrement. Apart from this, the small cardamom which was being quoted at Rs.1100/1150 per kilogram, now its prices may gain by Rs 100 per kg.
