New Delhi, 03 August (NNS): Here, the prices of small cardamom 7.5mm went up by Rs 100 to Rs 1875 per kg owing to the strong sale at the cheaper rates. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 75 per kg. Today, the arrivals of small cardamom gained to 64315 kg in the KCPMC auction. The average auction price jumped to Rs 1641.40 per kg due to the heavy buying even after the higher arrivals. Before this, the prices were remained at Rs 1514.74 per kg in the last auction which held on 26 July. There is no possibility of downtrend in the prices during the coming one or two days.
