New Delhi, 08 August (NNS): Here, the prices of small cardamom 7.5mm went up by Rs 250 to Rs 2250 per kg owing to the strong buying from the stockists even after the higher level. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 150 per kg. Today, the arrivals of small cardamom rose to 23718 kg in the CPA auction, Santhanpara. The average auction price jumped to Rs 2078.88 per kg owing to the all-round buying after the higher arrivals than the normal level. Before this, its prices were remained at Rs 1457.82 per kg in the last auction which held on 01 August. There is no possibility of downtrend in the spot prices during the coming one or two days.
