
New Delhi, 11 August (NNS): The prices of cumin slipped by Rs 500 to Rs 66000 per quintal due to the sluggish sale even after the weak prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone down by Rs 300 per quintal. There are about 2500/3000 bags if cumin reported to arrive in Unjha and the prices remained stable at the level of the previous day. The active contract eased by Rs 560 or 0.91 percent to Rs 60860 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. Due to this, the market sentiments may affect. There is no possibility of downtrend in the spot cumin prices during the coming days.
